  RECIPES FOR SMOOTHIES  

 

Add a few ice cubes to a measuring cup. Add water to the 8 ounce line. Pour into blender. Add 1/2 cup (73 grams) Froterra mix. Blend for 1 minute. Then add your favorite mix in's and blend. Enjoy.

 

 

FOUNDER'S CHOICE

Add 1/2 avocado 

 

GREG'S FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Add peaches, strawberries, blackberries or others. 

 

GRANDPA'S HOMEMADE BANANA SHAKE

Add 1/2 banana. 

 

LYNNETTE'S PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

Add 1 heaping tsp of creamy peanut butter. 

ORANGE DREAM

Add 1 tsp egg white, pea or other protein. Blend. Add orange juice stir. Enjoy 

 

FRO JOE

Use coffee instead of water to prepare Chocolate or Vanilla. It’s a delicious plant based mocha or latte.  

CHEF DAVID'S

Add tapioca pearls and mango powder.

RICH'S DELIGHT

4 large ice cubes, 1 1/4 cup of water, 1/3 cup of Chocolate Froterra, 1 tbsp of Hershey syrup, 1 Banana, 5 strawberries
